The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests or questions we had. The location was ideal, being right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the main attractions. the comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

The rooms were not cleaned daily, which left us feeling a bit uncomfortable. there was a lack of atmosphere in the hotel, with no social events or communal spaces to interact with other guests.

the staff was extremely kind and helpful, the location was perfect and the night life in that neighborhood is vibrant. exceeded expectations!

Wonderful stay at the hostel. The location was great, just a short walk to the old town. The colonial building had a nice atmosphere and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly, even though some of them didn't speak English. I appreciated the good security measures in place. The breakfast offered was basic, but there were plenty of nearby cafes for a more satisfying meal. I highly recommend this hostel for its location and atmosphere.

Una vista muy hermosa desde la ventana. Anfitrión muy amable. Buena ubicación. Se puede llegar al castillo en 20 minutos a pie, y al puerto en 30 minutos a pie. Una parada de transporte público está al lado de los apartamentos y una hermosa playa está a pocos minutos a pie. Los apartamentos tenían todo lo necesario, el propietario ha pensado en todo. Mirka, nuestro anfitrión, fue muy amable. Nos recibió en el apartamento para explicarnos todo. Y al final de nuestra estancia nos llevó en su auto a la estación de autobuses, lo cual fue de gran ayuda. También apreciamos la vista al mar desde el apartamento y el balcón. La vista desde el balcón era genial, el wifi era excelente. El lugar estaba limpio y las camas eran cómodas. El anfitrión fue maravilloso y realmente servicial. Se llevó nuestro equipaje cuando llegamos a la estación de autobuses y lo guardó hasta que el lugar estuviera listo. Muy cerca de la playa Bellevue y fácil caminata hasta la Puerta de Pile. Recomendaría este lugar encantador. Puede ser pequeño pero tiene todo lo que necesitas. Mirco fue un anfitrión encantador, muy amable y servicial. Incluso guardó nuestro equipaje en su auto por seguridad, ya que llegamos demasiado temprano para hacer el check-in. Nos ayudó a alquilar un scooter a un buen precio. The best aspects of my Easter stay were the central location and the spacious balcony. Being close to the old town and the lively Getsemeni area made it easy to explore the city and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The balcony provided a great space to relax and unwind, offering a lovely view of the surroundings. the cleanliness of the common areas was impressive, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The worst aspects of my Easter stay were the noise and the issue with the receptionist. The hostel's location on a busy road resulted in persistent noise from car horns and ongoing construction, which could be disruptive, especially in the evenings and mornings.

The location was perfect, with a central position that was not too loud. We enjoyed being close to everything. The staff were friendly and accommodating, great to check in early and providing helpful assistance throughout our stay. The air conditioning in our room was powerful, much needed in the hot climate of Cartagena.

The location was perfect, great to easily explore the vibrant streets of Getsemani and the nearby touristy old city. We were actually surprised by the spacious balcony overlooking a beautiful street, where we enjoyed the views and the bustling atmosphere. The friendly 24/7 staff made us feel welcome and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. The community kitchen provided convenience, and we appreciated the accessible rooftop for relaxation. And a good cafe next door and amazing food options nearby made our stay even better. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose to stay here again.
